The Project
Enterprise Community Partners supported Habitat for Humanity in Wicomico County, Maryland to complete a Health Action Plan to support seniors aging in place with improved health, safety and wellbeing.
Our Role
Equity Policy Solutions completed a Health Action Plan to help seniors living in affordable communities in Maryland age in place with improved health, safety, and wellbeing. We analyzed public health data and worked with nonprofit housing partners and stakeholders to identify key health needs and recommend strategies for home improvements to improve residents’ physical and mental health, wellbeing, and connection to the larger community.
